Humidity: You keep the humidity at the right level by growing the mushrooms in a bag or monotub. This ensures that the substrate remains moist, which is important for the growth of the mushrooms.
Hygiene:To prevent contamination, we work with an injection port on the bags. This makes it easy to inject the mycelium (the "seeds" of the mushroom) into the bag without the need for a special clean room. Customers should only use a clean needle to ensure hygiene.
Store refrigerated at 2-8°C to ensure viability. When stored correctly they will remain usable for up to 6 months. Keep out of reach of children.
