    Use

    Preparation:

    • Ensure a clean and sterile working environment.
    • Wash your hands and forearms thoroughly.
    • Put on the provided gloves.
    • Weigh 150 mg of material, weighing slightly more than your desired dosage and adding 0.15 grams.
    • Grind the material with a grinder.

    Extraction:

    • Open the extraction vial and add the ground material.
    • Close the vial and shake for 10 seconds. Let stand for 10 minutes and repeat twice.
    • Attach the sterifilt to the syringe and withdraw 1 ml of liquid from the vial.
    • Attach the cannula to the syringe and inject the liquid into the glass vial.
    • Avoid direct contact of the syringe with the liquid in the glass vial.
    • Fill the syringe with air to prevent overpressure.

    Detection:

    • Place the glass vial in warm (not boiling) water so that it is completely submerged.
    • Wait 15 minutes for the color change.
    • Use tongs to remove the jar from the hot water or drain the water.

    Evaluation:

    • The solution in the jar should be beige to brown.
    • Use the color scale to determine the concentration of psilocybin.
    • Compare the color with a white background in daylight or under a lamp with a color temperature of 6500k.
    • Multiply the result by the amount of material to determine the total concentration of psilocybin.

    Psilocybin Concentration Guide:

    • Microdose: 1 mg/g
    • Very light: 2.5 mg/g
    • Light: 5 - 10 mg/g
    • Regular: 10 - 25 mg/g
    • Strong: 25 - 50 mg/g
    • Heavy (heroic dose): 50+ mg/g

    Storage advice

    • Storage location: Refrigerator.
    • Temperature range: 2 °C - 8 °C.
    • Shelf life: 12 months.
    • Note: The extraction liquid may turn yellow, but this does not affect its functionality.
