A spore print is a print of mushroom spores (or seeds) that are collected when the mushroom cap is ready to drop. Hygiene is of great importance when growing with psilocybe mushroom spores. The spore prints are extensively checked to see if they are viable. After all, you want to work with fertile mushroom spores. McSmart is the manufacturer/wholesaler of these spore prints and, in addition to these prints, also produces great mushroom spore ampoules and grow kits of the highest quality. The Mexican Mushroom is suitable for a first introduction to psilocybin. The Golden Teacher, on the other hand, is a bit stronger, so we recommend it to people who have taken magic mushrooms before.
Work cleanly and sterilize everything you use! Carefully open the spore print and scrape some of the spores into a sterile shot glass with a sterile knife. A pinch is sufficient for a 10cc syringe. Do not use too much sterile water, a few drops are enough. Use the needle of the syringe to mix the spores with a few drops of sterile water. If you look closely, you will see that the spores are falling apart. Continue until the mushroom spores are almost dissolved in the water. Suck the water with the spores into the needle and empty it again. Repeat this process a few times. This will ensure that the spores mix well in the water. Suck this up again and the spore syringe is now ready and ready for use.
There are several ways to put together a substrate. These spores do well on a substrate of brown rice flour, PF Tek, rye and on enriched soil and manure.
The spore prints of mushrooms are made on sterile foil. You can store this in a sterile plastic bag with a closure. Store the Sporeprint refrigerated between 2*C-8*C Celsius. A spore print of a mushroom can be kept for years.
