This special vegan, plant-based vitamin D3 from Together is produced from lichen. The lichen comes from North America and thrives in remote, cool, mountainous climates where the air is clean and pure. It is a small and unique organic species that contains the only plant source of vitamin D3. The addition of coconut oil improves the absorption of D3 (fat-soluble vitamin). Vitamin D3 helps with: positively supports heart health, reduces the risk of heart attacks, positive mood, possible cancer prevention, supports low blood pressure, stimulates the pancreas and insulin production, healthy bones, supports and promotes general health.
